As part of the Geographe Bay Music Instrumental Program, a combined full day workshop was held on the 3rd September at Busselton Senior High School. The aim of the workshop was to introduce the younger students to the whole band program and foster peer group support and musical standards through rehearsal and performance. This was the first opportunity for our Year 5 students to be involved in a large group performance and they did us proud!
It was also thrilling to see past Vasse Primary School students playing with, and mentoring our current students. The audience were entertained at the end of the day with with a short concert which was very impressive. Congratulations to all involved!
