Vasse Primary School enjoyed an exciting day dedicated to the Arts on Tuesday 25th August.
The whole school started the morning collectively dancing in unison to celebrate Harmony Day. We were thrilled that this was finally possible and what a joy to see everyone together. How lucky we are to live and work in this community!
Then it was a full day of VASSE Has Talent concerts. We saw everything from solo singers, guitarists, drummers, dancers, gymnasts, comedians, (including Mitchell who wrote some of his own material!) magicians and even archers! Everyone who performed shone in their own unique way.
The undercover area had an official naming ceremony, with a specially made paper chain ‘cutting of the ribbon’ and we can now welcome you to “The Hive”, a place of busy creativity and achieving amazing things.
Our new Performing Arts T-shirts debuted which were expertly modelled by our Senior Choir and Dance Extension team.

What a buzzy day – thank you to our talented students, helpers and audience.
