On Monday 22 July, the talented Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse performed a variety of songs in Noongar language this week as part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations. Gina and Guy were impressed with the student participation during the moorditj (excellent) concerts as well as number of students who knew the songs (including in Auslan).

Our Year 1’s enjoyed making loom band bracelets and during recess and lunch on the
26 July we had a young indigenous girl, Alkira, and her family visit Vasse to make some keyrings in the HIVE.
