The Vasse Art Award 2018 is proud to offer a top-of-the-line Vuly Play trampoline as a major raffle prize.
Kindly donated by event partner Vuly Play, the coil-free Lift Large Trampoline is a fun, safe and innovative product featuring a patented Leaf Spring design.
All funds raised from the raffle will be used for school upgrades and art supplies to enhance the learning experiences of Vasse Primary School students. Profits from past exhibitions have helped the school to foster learning, creativity and imagination by funding sustainable nature playground equipment, classroom upgrades and school canteen refurbishments.
The Vasse Art Award is one of the most significant art prizes in Australia’s South West and attracts more than 1,000 visitors to the region during the April school holidays. The biennial exhibition showcases more than 250 diverse artworks from professional and emerging artists throughout Western Australia and across the country. First held in 2005 as a small fundraising event, the Vasse Art Award has since grown into a prominent community exhibition that has raised more than $100,000 for the school.
Vasse Primary School principal Sinan Kerimofski thanked Vuly Play on behalf of the school for its generous support.
“Creativity and self-expression are such a big part of our children’s development and it is thanks to supporters such as Vuly that we can raise the much-needed funds to support our school and community,” Mr Kerimofski said.
