In Room 18, the Pre-Primary students are given time in the morning to generate ‘writing’ in their writing journals. At the beginning of the term some children just drew pictures and others made strings of letters or marks.Now lots of children are confidently using their letter/sound knowledge to write meaningful words and sentences and they also successfully use capital letters, spacing and full stops.
These students presented their excellent work to the staff in admin, reading out loud what they had written and rewarded with special stickers for sharing their amazing work.
