Yrs 1-2 Incursion: Jayden Boundry – Author

Jayden is a proud Wadjak, Ballardong Noongar, and Badimaya Yamatji man with strong family ties throughout the Southwest of WA.
A traditional Noongar dancer, qualified LOTE Noongar language teacher, didgeridoo player, and tool maker, Jayden is passionate about celebrating culture and sharing his knowledge with others.

Join Jayden Boundry for an engaging introduction to the Noongar language with storytelling and didgeridoo playing. Primary students will experience a fun and unique session focused on animals and learning greetings through interactive storytelling with the didgeridoo. Students will be invited to participate by responding to greetings such as kaya (hello) and boordawan (see you later). This will leave students feeling excited about the incredible Noongar language.

9 – 10 am…………Year 2 classes
10 – 11 am……….Year 1 classes
